Breath is the bridge between body and mind.

This workshop will explore three ways breath can prepare or guide you in meditation. Breath for concentration, balance and purification. We will practice each one together in person. Space limited. $15 Registration HERE.

This workshop is appropriate for beginners and anyone interested in beginning to explore the breath beyond mindfully observing it.
