By committing to sit, you will take a pledge to slow down, end your day with gratitude and reflection and let go of any unpleasantness that may have occurred for 21 days.
Each sit will begin with a short anchoring reading or quote followed by a lightly guided mediation. In a supported and gradual building of our practice, we ease into a stronger habit of being mindful. It is okay if you can’t make it every night. There will be a small token of gratitude for those that are able to commit fully.
When:
Every evening at 9PM CT from January 24 – February 13
Week 1: 9:00-9:15 (Jan 24-30)
Week 2: 9:00-9:22 (Jan 31-Feb 6)
Week 3: 9:00-9:30 (Feb 7-13)
