Meditation Workshop

Description:

After a short introduction, a guided meditation will invite participants to look beyond the familiar into an awareness of three meditation postures that often get overlooked or neglected in daily practice. The workshop is designed to expand your understanding of formal practice and encourage opportunities for continuity in your daily mindfulness. This workshop is appropriate for beginning and experienced meditators.

This workshop is perfect for Zoom because it allows the unique nature of exploring postures in the comfort of your home.  

Materials needed:  chair or meditation cushion, two blankets and/or yoga mat, a bolster or two pillows.

*This workshop will be recorded and will be available to registered participants for one month after the event
